Leading with Intention: How Culture and Authenticity Drive Well-Being

This webinar is part of the NYSPHA Mental Health Webinar Series sponsored by The JED Foundationthe American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Capital Region Chapter, the University of Albany College of Integrated Health Sciences, and the New York State Office of Mental Health.

This webinar will go over how leadership shapes workplace culture and how an authentic leadership approach fosters resilience, engagement, and overall well-being. We will understand how leadership is not about titles, but rather teachable behaviors that promote psychological safety, trust, and team cohesion, leading to a healthier work environment. I will close with actionable steps to create a culture that supports both individual and collective well-being, reducing burnout and increasing fulfillment.
Learning Objectives:
  1. Define the Connection Between Leadership, Intentionality, Culture, and Well-being.
  2. Explore strategies for connecting to their purpose in their daily work and promoting authenticity in themselves and their team.
  3. Apply Leadership Principles to Enhance Personal and Team Well-being
