Registration

Registration for the 2025 conference will open in January 2025.

Additional discounts are available for NYSPHA and NYSARH members. Not a member? Join today to register at the discounted price!

Registration Payment

Conference registrations may be completed online and paid online via credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, you may also complete your payment offline via check or purchase order by registering online with the code "PAYBYCHECK", printing your confirmation form and mailing it with payment to:

Registrations must be paid by April 25th to secure your spot. Registrations not paid by then will be cancelled. Please send an email to us with any questions.

 Registration for the Learning Institute is limited to the first 80 people and will be closed after that.

Transfer/Cancellation Policy

If you register for the conference and cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfer/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by NYSPHA no later than April 20, 2025. Please submit your request via email to info@nyspha.org.

 Students*  Registration Fee
 Student Rate (NYSPHA or NYSARH member)  $175
 Non-member Student Rate  $195

*Student rates are available for full-time students enrolled in a degree program who are not yet working full-time in the field. Qualifying student should be taking at least 9 credit hours (undergraduate degree) or 6 credit hours (graduate degree) per semester or comparable credits in a quarter system. Students must provide proof of status to qualify. Proof of status must include school name, student name and current course enrollment with credit hour details. 

You will need to provide one of the following types of documentation as proof of status:

  • Official or unofficial transcript 
  • Letter from advisor (signed and recently dated)
  • Letter from registrar (signed and recently dated)
  • Third-Party Enrollment Certificate (must include current semester dates and a minimum of half-time student stats)

(A student ID or tuition receipt does not qualify as acceptable proof of student status.)
