.    Explain two strategies to address barriers to implementing the PHS Clinical Practice Guideline with health systems as a component of DSRIP projects focusing on tobacco cessation interventions.

.    Describe the Opt- to-QuitTM Provider Referral Program, including at least one benefit, barrier, and lesson learned.
